Brasserie Galinette is a true story of family and a passion for the Thau Lagoon. Founded by Claudia Azaïs—a fisherwoman and the daughter of a fisherman and shellfish farmer who grew up on the shores of Marseillan—the brewery reflects her deep connection to maritime traditions and local products.
